Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components to create high-quality products and structures. Your expertise in various welding techniques and fabrication processes will be essential in delivering precise, durable, and innovative solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG/Mig welding, welding, and other welding techniques to join metal parts accurately and efficiently
Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise fabrication and assembly
Measure materials accurately using basic math skills to meet project requirements
Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain high standards of safety and craftsmanship
Assist in the assembly of fabricated components into finished products or structures
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Mainly MIG welding

Requirements

Proven experience with TIG welding, welding, and general fabrication processes
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal working techniques
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety standards related to welding, fabrication, and use of power tools
Prior experience with assembly processes is preferred but not required
