The Role: Golden Experience Host
As a Golden Experience Host at Lapland UK, you’ll serve as the dedicated guide and main point of contact for our premium guests, ensuring their visit is seamless, magical, and truly unforgettable.

Acting as a storyteller, organiser, and friendly companion, you'll help families navigate their 4.5-hour immersive journey through our enchanted woodland, delivering moments of wonder with warmth, confidence, and care.

Key responsibilities include:

Offering a warm, professional welcome to each family
Accompanying guests throughout their experience, guiding them with ease and attention to detail
Anticipating guest needs and providing thoughtful, personalised touches
Communicating discreetly with the Father Christmas team and other departments to share important guest information
Ensuring an exceptional level of care, particularly for high-profile or VIP visitors
Maintaining a polished, calm, and proactive presence in a dynamic environment

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You might come from a luxury hospitality background, be a seasoned event host, a performer, or simply someone who brings grace and joy to those around them.

We’re looking for:

A confident, outgoing and proactive approach
Genuine warmth and emotional intelligence
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in guest-facing roles, ideally in premium or high-profile settings
The ability to remain calm and present under pressure
A natural ability to create ease and delight for others

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

£14.50 per hour + 12% holiday pay
Free hot meal each shift
Paid breaks
Staff discount on selected event dates
Free shuttle transport from Macclesfield Train Station
Full training in advance of the event

Lapland is based in Capesthorne Hall, Congleton Road, Siddington, Macclesfield, SK11 9JY.
