Full job description

Nupsala is a growing veterinary healthcare company specialising in musculoskeletal health products and services for veterinary practices across the UK and Europe.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Services & Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Melton Mowbray.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong administrative skills, experience in warehouse operations and would like to develop their career within a growing business. Previous veterinary experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

Taking customer calls and responding to email enquiries.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Providing stock availability and delivery information.
Supporting customers with queries and resolving issues.
Preparing quotations and following up opportunities.
Supporting sales campaigns and customer account activity.
Maintaining customer records and information within our systems.
Order Picking/Packing
Receipt of Goods
Stock Movement
Stock Counts
Batch Recognition
Physical Requirements: This position requires lifting and moving materials up to 25kg, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks that involve bending and reaching. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.

The person we hire will need to have/be:

Excellent communication skills, including phone, in person and email etiquette.
The ability to multi-task across various platforms
Good attention to detail
Organised with an efficient working style
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – all platforms including Teams

Additional skills or experience that would be useful:

Accounts programmes (Zoho One in particular)

Pump truck training
Knowledge of the veterinary sector – in practice or commercial experience
Prior experience of stock control/batch management
Prior experience with CRM/Stock management Systems

Please note that on successful hire a routine DBS check will be performed based on the needs of our company sales of products within the VMD and Home Office. This is also in line with Good Distribution Practice.

Pay: £26,400.00-£30,000.00 per year
