Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional weekend Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, providing exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tips professionally.
Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times.
Restock bar supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Uphold the organisation’s reputation by providing excellent customer service consistently.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Proven ability in serving guests efficiently with a friendly attitude.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts.
