Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic workplace environment. The ideal applicant will possess excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
Organise and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events
Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing and expense tracking
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support management team with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Experience in clerical work and data management
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A manual drivers license would be an advantage
