Full job description

Sales Office Manager

Plinth Medical is looking for an experienced sales professional to join the Sales and Customer Support Team as Sales Office Manager. Plinth Medical is a well established and successful UK manufacturing business that is a leader in its field and exports all over the world.

Requirements of the role:

Oversee a team of 9 covering the Sales, Customer Service and Service Engineer teams.
Offer excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Be the first point of contact answering incoming sales phone calls and emails and actioning then appropriately.
Oversee the processing of all UK and Export orders on a bespoke CRM system, checking pricing, specification and other customer requirements including:
-Confirming delivery dates with customers.
-Providing customer quotes in a timely and professional manner.
-Raising proforma invoices as required for distributors and retail customers.
Work as a team player and assist with cover for other Sales & Customer Support Team members during holidays and sickness absences.

Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in an office based sales role including team management.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively across the Sales & Customer Support Department and managing multiple priorities.

This is a full-time office-based position Monday-Friday 08.30-17.00.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
