Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing exceptional customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash register transactions efficiently using basic math skills to handle payments and give correct change
Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol serving laws
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and lively bar experience for all patrons

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak times effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks
A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for creating enjoyable social atmospheres
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
