Job Introduction

Join Childbase Partnership and be part of our exciting brand-new nursery opening.

Role: Business Administrator
Location: NEW Linmere Day Nursery | Hockcliffe | LU5
Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours/week | 52 weeks/year
Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday–Friday between 07:30–18:30
Salary: £25,389–£30,517.50 per annum (pro-rata) | £13.02–£15.65 per hour

About you

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences.

You'll bring:

Experience working in a busy reception, administration or customer service environment.
A warm, welcoming and professional approach, whether greeting visitors or supporting families by phone, email or face-to-face.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Confidence using computer systems to manage enquiries, maintain family records, prepare invoices and resolve queries.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the Nursery Manager with diary management, ordering and day-to-day administration.
A genuine commitment to safeguarding and ensuring every child feels safe, valued and happy.
