Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional front-desk support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and prior office experience. This position offers an opportunity to develop your administrative skills within a dynamic organisation committed to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Maintain and update administrative records and databases accurately
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for staff members
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Assist with organising office supplies and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and functional
Support team members with various administrative tasks as required
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using standard office software
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

Proven office or administrative experience is essential
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software programmes
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
