SALARY: NEGOTIABLE

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Executive to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will manage and support a wide range of litigation cases, ensuring efficient case progression and effective communication with clients, courts, and external stakeholders. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will drive the success of our legal operations, helping us uphold our commitment to excellence in legal services. What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded litigator who is passionate about delivering excellent results for clients.

You will ideally have:

Qualified Solicitor status or equivalent litigation experience
Experience managing your own litigation caseload
Strong knowledge of dispute resolution procedures
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice
Strong client care and communication skills
A confident and organised approach with excellent attention to detail
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team

Duties

Assist in managing all stages of litigation cases from initiation through resolution, including preparing legal documents and filings
Responsible for a high volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA claims, making use of the firm’s Case Management Systems and using the agreed internal procedures and practices.
Handle a broad spectrum of disputes, including breach of contract, landlord tenant, professional negligence, partnership and shareholder conflicts, boundary disputes, rent arrears.
Coordinate with clients, external counsel, courts, and other parties to facilitate case progress and gather necessary information
Maintain accurate case files and documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Monitor deadlines and court schedules diligently to ensure timely submissions and compliance with legal requirements
Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support case strategies
Draft correspondence, reports, summaries, and other legal documents with clarity and precision
Support the legal team in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and managing schedules efficiently

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
