Full job description

arrangeMY are proud to be a family run business which is recognised as one of the leading business travel, venue sourcing and accommodation companies within the UK.

Following our continued growth we have the requirement for another position within our Event Management department.

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Event Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering a diverse range of events, including conferences, meetings, incentives, exhibitions, and corporate functions, ensuring every event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple events from client brief through to post-event evaluation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Prepare and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor profitability.
Coordinate all event logistics, including venues, accommodation, transport, catering, and delegate management.
Lead on-site event delivery and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Produce event reports, analyse feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.

Skills Required

Minimum 3 years' experience in event management, project management, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Desirable

Experience within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) sector.
Knowledge of event technology and registration platforms.
Relevant Events, Hospitality, CIM, or professional qualifications.
Experience managing international events.

This position is full time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. Flexible between 8am-8pm, (occasional evenings and weekends required)

Salary per annum dependent on experience.

Additional Pay:

Individual performance bonus based on client feedback
Generous annual bonus scheme based on company success
