At Crossroads Gloucestershire, we're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and committed individuals to join our growing team and help support people across our local communities to live independently and with dignity.

Flexible Working Patterns

Choose a schedule that works for you:

4 or 5 days per week
Working between Monday and Sunday
Shifts available:
07:00 – 14:30
16:00 – 22:30
Additional hours regularly available for those who wish to increase their earnings

Your Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, including:

Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and dressing
Administering medication
Supporting mobility and independence
Delivering therapeutic programmes and specialised care tasks
Helping with household duties, cleaning, shopping, and everyday errands

What We're Looking For

We're seeking people who are:

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding care
Excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing
Flexible and willing to learn new skills
Passionate about supporting others within their community

Please note: Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
