Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to join a global engineering leader where you'll play a critical role in delivering complex projects across some of the world's most important industries? Based at our Birmingham Service Centre, you'll work from one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in the UK. Opened in 2021 following a major investment, this 82,000 sq. ft purpose-built Centre of Excellence has been designed around lean manufacturing principles and is equipped with cutting-edge digital technologies, advanced machining capabilities and state-of-the-art additive manufacturing. What You'll Be Doing

Managing multiple engineering and service projects simultaneously from initiation through to completion.
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement and operations.
Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
Monitoring project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements.
Managing project reporting and providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in a Project Manager role within engineering, manufacturing, industrial services or a related technical environment.
Strong project planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules and commercial performance.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) – desirable, not essential.
Experience within rotating equipment, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), manufacturing or industrial engineering sectors.
