We are currently hiring:

Back of House / Kitchen Team Members

Essential Criteria

Minimum 1 year experience in a kitchen, bakery, or fast-paced food preparation environment.
Available to work at least 4 shifts per week.
Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
Able to work until closing time (including post-close cleaning).
Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
High standards of personal hygiene and a strong understanding of food safety practices.
Must have the right to work in the UK.

About the Role

As a Back of House Team Member, you will:

Prepare and present our dessert menu to the highest standards, ensuring every plate looks like a masterpiece.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
Manage stock rotation (FIFO), monitor expiry dates, and minimize food waste.
Work efficiently and at pace to ensure quick ticket times without compromising on quality.
Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist with deep cleaning duties, dishwashing, and closing down the kitchen safely.
Contribute ideas to improve kitchen efficiency and menu consistency.
