Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sewing Machinist and bring your craftsmanship to life! In this vital role, you will operate sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textile products, ensuring precision and efficiency at every stitch. Duties

Operate various sewing machines to assemble, hem, and finish textile products with accuracy and speed
Follow detailed work orders, patterns, and specifications to ensure consistent quality
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow processes
Use warehouse experience to manage inventory of fabrics, threads, and sewing supplies effectively
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly

Qualifications

Prior experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong sewing skills with the ability to operate industrial sewing machines confidently
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality output on every product
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under deadlines
Good organizational skills for managing supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace
