Full job description

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Aesthetic Clinic Assistant to join our growing clinic team in Birmingham.

This is a flexible zero-hour position combining client care, reception, customer service and administrative duties within a busy aesthetic clinic. Full training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients at the clinic
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, professional environment
Assist with lymphatic drainage and pressotherapy machine treatments after completing training
Help clients complete consultation and medical forms
Guide new clients through the booking and treatment process
Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp Business, email and telephone during working hours
Assist with appointment bookings, rescheduling and cancellations using Fresha
Verify Groupon vouchers and complete the redemption process following clinic procedures
Send appointment confirmation emails and provide clinic directions and pre-appointment information
Monitor online booking forms and respond to new enquiries promptly
Assist with general reception and administrative tasks
Encourage satisfied clients to leave Google reviews where appropriate
Follow all clinic SOPs, hygiene standards and data protection procedures
Support the clinic team with other reasonable duties as required

What We Are Looking For

Friendly, professional and confident communicator
Good communication and customer service skills
Flexible availability including weekends preferred
Comfortable using computers, email and smartphones
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Able to work independently after training
Previous experience in customer service, reception, beauty or healthcare is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Groupon voucher verification
Pressotherapy and lymphatic drainage machine operation
Clinic hygiene and health & safety procedures
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
