Full job description

Job Summary

CTS Wholesale is a successful and progressive company based in Yoxall, Staffordshire. Our primary business is as a distributor to the trade for office products. We are looking for a dynamic, driven and talented individual to join our IT department. You will be working alongside and supporting colleagues with their daily and longer term IT needs. This is a full time position and is based at our head office & warehouse. We will offer full training on our specific systems and processes and the successful candidate will be someone who is willing to learn new skills and demonstrates an aptitude for IT.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide first line IT support and guidance to our sales, admin, accounts and warehouse departments.

Assist in any customer first line IT technical issues

Maintain and problem solve our internal IT systems including courier integrations, phone systems & ftp management
Set up and control customer website access
Work collaboratively with our external IT partners
Undertake data tasks as directed from the senior management team
Maintain all on-site hardware and advise of issues
Assist team members in the effective use of Microsoft Products, specifically in MS Excel
Work closely with the in-house IT team ensuring all critical and non-critical IT tasks have appropriate redundancy/back up and all tasks are dealt with in a timely and organised fashion.
Advise of IT shortcomings and improvements

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

Trustworthy and willing to learn new skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work well with others
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Patience and ability to work in stressful situations
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Salary and Benefits

20 days annual leave and UK bank holidays
