Junior Sales Assistant

Salary: £450–£650 per week (performance-based)

About the Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate or someone looking to begin a career in sales and business development?

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Junior Sales Assistants. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop professional communication skills, gain practical customer-facing experience, and build a long-term career within a supportive and ambitious environment.

No previous experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you build confidence and develop your skills.

Responsibilities

Represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement.
Introduce customers to products and services in a clear and professional manner.
Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
Provide accurate information and answer customer questions.
Work towards individual and team objectives.
Attend regular training and development sessions.
