What You’ll Be Doing:

Prep & Cook: Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for cooking.
Support the Grill: Help our grill chefs by preparing ingredients, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean, organised, and safe by following food hygiene and safety regulations.
Stock Management: Monitor and manage kitchen stock levels, ensuring we’re always ready for service.
Quality Assurance: Help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.
