Full Time 37 hours per week, Permanent

We are looking for 3 full-time skilled Early Help Link Workers to join our Family Hubs and Early Help Service. These exciting new roles will be based across our three localities - East Central, South and North Bristol - helping to strengthen our city-wide Early Help offer and ensuring children, young people and families receive the right support at the earliest opportunity.

In this rewarding role, you will work alongside schools, health partners, community organisations and colleagues across Children and Education to build strong relationships and support effective early intervention for families. You will be a key link between schools, services and communities, helping professionals navigate the Early Help system and access the right support for children and families.

A significant part of the role will involve working directly with schools and other partners to support the delivery of Team Around the Family meetings, the development of effective Early Help plans, and building confidence in partners to lead and hold plans that achieve meaningful outcomes for families. You will use your experience and understanding of what good looks like in family plans to provide advice, guidance and challenge where needed, ensuring plans are family-led, outcome-focused and delivered through effective multi-agency working.

You will also provide advice, guidance, training and reflective support to professionals, acting as a conduit between services and helping families access support and opportunities within their local communities. Through strong partnership working, you will help prevent needs from escalating and contribute to positive outcomes for children, young people and families across Bristol.

We're looking for people with experience of working with children, young people or families, a strong understanding of safeguarding, and the ability to build productive relationships across a wide range of agencies.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting professionals, strengthening partnership working and helping families access the right help at the right time.

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
