We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager Station Operations.

Hours per week 37.5

Days Monday-Friday (Hours will require flexibility and can vary depending on operational need)

Salary- Competitive (will be discussed on job offer)

What you will be doing:

Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment
Educating your team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals
Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements
Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget
Managing and controlling your station's costs and budget
Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes
Ensuring your station's accurate and timely reporting
