Work closely with floor supervisors and colleagues to hit daily performance targets and operational goals.
Pitch in during high-volume peak hours to support team members across different workspace tasks.
Participate in morning shift briefings, paid onboarding, and regular skills development workshops.
Share practical ideas with shift leaders on how to improve daily workflows and service standards.
