Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain knowledge of food safety standards and ensure compliance during food preparation and service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
Keep the dining area clean and organised, including resetting tables for new guests.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest services.
Previous restaurant experience preferred, with familiarity in serving practices.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
Experience in kitchen operations or culinary arts is an advantage.
Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: £12.71-£12.72 per hour
