ABOUT THIS ROLE

A Stage Manager supports and organizes all the different teams involved in the day-to-day running of the event production. They liaise and communicate with the full company and organize each team to ensure the smooth running of the production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to facilitate communication across all creative and technical departments
Act as a right hand to the producer/director
Oversee sets, props, lights, and sound
Call all technical cues during the live production

Post-production

Complete the Happily wrap report
Submit complete budget with all invoices/receipts and payment status
Ensure all photos & videos are properly filed

Desirable skills

At least 5+ years of experience working in event productions (conferences, festivals, summits)
Experience working on live, remote and hybrid events
Familiarity with production budgets and run of show is an asset
Good English including written and verbal

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £40.00 per hour

Experience:

Events management: 5 years (required)
Events stage management: 5 years (required)
