Join Our Spa Team

Fritillary Spa at Cricklade House Hotel & Spa is looking for a friendly and professional Spa Therapist to join our welcoming team.

Set within a beautiful countryside hotel, our spa offers guests a relaxing escape with a range of luxury treatments using the Temple Spa product range. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high standards across all treatments and facilities.

If you are passionate about wellness, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of professional treatments while ensuring every guest receives a relaxing and memorable spa experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing a variety of massage and beauty treatments to a high professional standard
Providing personalised treatment advice to guests
Recommending spa retail products where appropriate
Assisting with spa bookings and diary management
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa facilities
Supporting the spa team in delivering exceptional guest service

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Is friendly, professional, and enthusiastic
Enjoys interacting with guests and creating a relaxing environment
Works well as part of a team but can also work independently
Takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments
Maintains excellent hygiene and spa standards

Experience in manicures and pedicures would be an advantage but is not essential.

Skills & Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Self-motivated and reliable
Temple spa Qualification will be an advantage .
