Office Administrator

Location: Norwich, Airport Industrial Estate
Hours: Full Time, M-F
Salary: £25,000-£26,500

Handover Services is looking for an organised, proactive and confident Office Administrator to join our busy and growing team.

This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with clients and staff, managing schedules and keeping on top of multiple tasks throughout the day.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the daily office administration and responding to emails, calls and messages
Communicating with staff regarding bookings, cleaning schedules and property requirements
Supporting the management of staff rotas and daily scheduling
Updating bookings and property information across company systems
Assisting with onboarding new properties and clients
Liaising with staff regarding schedules, holidays and general queries
Supporting invoicing, timesheets and payroll administration
Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and internal systems
Helping to resolve day-to-day scheduling changes and operational issues
Supporting management with general administration and business tasks

About you:

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with good attention to detail
Confident communicating with both clients and staff
Comfortable using different computer systems and learning new software
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Calm and practical when plans change
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
Experienced in administration, scheduling, customer service or a similar role

Experience within cleaning, hospitality, property management or holiday lets would be helpful but is not essential, as training will be provided.
