Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join our team, embracing a flexible hybrid working model that combines remote work with in-office collaboration. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing services for our clients. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and organizational prowess will be key to delivering outstanding client experiences and maintaining high standards of legal compliance. Duties

Manage the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Provide clear guidance and regular updates to clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process
Draft and review legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage instructions with precision
Conduct thorough searches, liaise with external parties, and ensure all legal requirements are met within set deadlines
Maintain meticulous case files and ensure all transaction records are accurate and up-to-date
Utilize IT systems effectively to manage case progress, document storage, and communication channels
Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines while managing multiple cases simultaneously

Requirements

Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar legal property role with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures
Excellent communication skills to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple transactions efficiently under tight deadlines
Well-developed organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal standards
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid environment
A proactive attitude with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
