Customer Service Advisor
Full time: Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 + bonus
Location: Barking IG11

Online Lubricants is a leading UK oil distributor committed to raising industry standards through exceptional customer service and innovation.

Established in 1994, we are an authorised distributor for TotalEnergies, Q8Oils, Fleetguard, and Petro-Canada Lubricants. With decades of industry expertise, we continue to grow by investing in both our customers and our people.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to join our excellent Customer Service team.

Responsibilities:

Be first point of contact for incoming customer calls, confidently handling orders, enquiries and problem resolution.
Act as a trusted liaison between customers, sales representatives, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell Online Lubricants’ full product range, adding value for customers and driving revenue growth
Excel in a fast-paced environment by thinking on your feet, managing priorities, and making well-informed decisions
Manage and develop a designated portfolio of accounts, taking ownership of customer satisfaction, retention and growth
Conduct proactive weekly outbound calls to existing accounts to maintain regular contact, strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
Identifying order gaps, monitor purchase patterns and recommend products to increase your portfolios growth

Experience required/qualifications:

12+ months experience in a similar role – desirable
Account Management experience - desirable
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Excellent IT skills
Experience in negotiating with customers – Desirable
Good team player
Be flexible and work around our customers
Willingness to learn technical information based around our business
Full Training provided
Above all, excellent attitude and willingness to learn are essential
