Full job description

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our busy head office in Daventry.

Surevent are industry specialists in water management and air quality, providing professional diagnostics and tailored maintenance solutions to ensure compliance across these sectors.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple clients, and confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word. Previous industry experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

You will work as part of a growing administration team under the guidance of the Office Manager. This is a busy and varied role, with responsibilities adapting to the needs of the business.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Responding to client emails and ensuring queries are resolved promptly
Answering incoming calls from clients and engineers
Processing purchase orders
Supporting contract administration
Monitoring and updating internal and client-specific systems (training provided)
Preparing basic quotations and administrative reports using Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
