Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bakery Manager to lead our bakery team to new heights of excellence! Duties

Supervise daily bakery operations, including food preparation, baking, and presentation of baked goods
Lead and motivate a team of bakers and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the bakery area
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimize productivity and profitability
Train team members on baking techniques, food safety procedures, and customer service standards
Oversee the development of new bakery products to keep offerings fresh and exciting for customers
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or bakery management with a strong background in culinary arts
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Prior experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory control and food service procedures
Barista or serving experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in customer-facing roles
