Job overview
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator, with an eye for detail and ability to work in a fast pace environment, juggling multiple tasks at once.

Responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming messages and emails as they arrive, with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
Prepare and process documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Kashflow as required
Support invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping through Kashflow
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving and organising office supplies
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-maintained
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative experience in a similar role - within the construction industry provides an added bonus
Ability to job share and take instruction, as well as delegate
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Experience with Kashflow or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, adapting to your workload as new or high priority tasks come in
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Strong communication skills with professional etiquette
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and high level of organisational ability
Required to cover holidays as and when needed
Flexibility to work hours required
