We are looking for Multi Trade operatives for Void projects and reactive maintenance work in the Gloucestershire area

You will receive:

Annual Salary from £30,000 - £35,000 depending on skills and experience.

We are expanding and are looking for enthusiastic, skilled people to join the A1 Team.

We have a constant flow of work coming in which enables us to provide you with security and we are keen to provide a career path to those that want to learn new skills and improve existing ones.

You will require:

A range of skills, which could include general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and plastering, so that repairs can be completed in a single visit.
One main trade qualification (or time served trades experience) e.g. NVQ 2, NVQ 3, City & Guilds.
Experience and a passion for delivering high quality services to a diverse range of customers

We are a leading social housing and public sector building maintenance specialist. We work with private clients, Local Authorities, Housing Association landlords to build, maintain and renew the homes, properties and public buildings in their care.

Driving Licence essential.
