Full job description

Part Time Housekeepers
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team that stays within a ten mile radius.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, preferably within the hotel sector, and will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires a commitment to excellence and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain their appearance.
Vacuum carpets and mop floors to keep them tidy and hygienic.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Familiarity with cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for success in this position.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
