Job Summary (full-time preferred, part-time job share option possible)

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front of House Patient Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors in a dynamic healthcare environment. This vital role combines exceptional customer service with administrative precision, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As a key member of our team, you will manage front desk operations, assist patients with check-in procedures, and coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a warm, efficient, and organised atmosphere that reflects our commitment to outstanding patient care.

In-house training provided with opportunities for progression and promotion, recognising excellence.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional first impression
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
Maintain appointment schedules, confirm upcoming visits, and assist with rescheduling as needed
Ensure all patient information is handled confidentially in compliance with privacy regulations
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating patient records
Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and address any immediate needs or concerns

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with front desk operations
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, phones, and scheduling software
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and daily tasks effectively
