Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Egg Packer and Warehouse Operative in a full-time role dedicated to ensuring the efficient handling, packing, and distribution of high-quality eggs. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork are essential. You will play a vital role in maintaining product quality, managing stock levels, and supporting smooth warehouse operations from receiving to shipping.

Duties

Carefully handle materials, ensuring eggs are packed securely to prevent damage during transit
Load and unload shipments using manual effort and forklift equipment where necessary
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movements accurately
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with precision and speed
Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space and accessibility
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming stock against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments

Experience

Prior experience in warehouse operations or materials handling is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Familiarity with forklift operation and certification is advantageous
Knowledge of warehouse management systems or inventory software is beneficial
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
Mechanical knowledge or experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in picking, packing, and stock management
Physical stamina to stand, lift, load, and unload for extended periods
