Who we are?

Patri is an Artisan Street Food and Drinks operator with sites in West London. We are an award-winning family-owned business with a unique concept.
As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for the daily operations of food and drink service to customers. You will oversee all of the issues pertaining to a customer's dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations, and customer service. You will be a guiding inspiration to your team, enabling them to deliver excellence in service.

The person we need:
We are looking for some amazing Mixologists to add to our NEW PATRI BAR.

You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Skills / Requirements:
Articulate with amazing customer service.
Extensive knowledge and experience working behind a restaurant and bar.
Confident and energetic.
The ability to multi-task; prepare ingredients, make and pour drinks, organize the bar, and always make sure it is fully stocked.
The ability to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment, whilst smiling.
Problem-solve and react on your feet.
Attention to detail.

Desired Knowledge :
Level 2 or Level 3 Food Hygiene Holder
Personal License Holder is would be advantageous.

Regular duties:
Ensuring compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organisational and quality requirements
Create cocktails using fresh ingredients
Assist in the preparation of all beverages, both hot and cold
Assist with general bar tender duties to include taking and making reservations, taking and serving order, clearing and preparing tables bar area and bar storage (cellar etc), prepare the bill and taking payment.
Understand the “ingredients” of cocktails and other drinks/ beverages to enable you to confidently deal with customer queries etc and to assist and help train other team members
Assist in the quality management beverages
Effective liaison, support and assistance with the remainder of organisation
Assist generally in the bar/drinks area as directed
Maintaining accurate records and accounts as required and agreed
Help set an example for other team members of commitment, work ethic and habits and personal character
Responsibly use resources and help control expenses
Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.
You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation generally.

Staff are employed are either on a full time basis or casual contract.
Shift patterns are usually 11am-11pm (with a 2 hour unpaid break) or 5:30pm-10:30pm.
Full time hours are 45-50 per week.
