Experienced Dental Receptionist

Please read carefully: Previous dental reception experience, excellent references, and an outstanding attendance record are essential.

Smile Welling Dental Care is looking for a reliable, professional, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our busy mixed NHS and Private practice in Welling, Kent.

Part-time: 2–3 days per week, 8:00am–5:00pm. We can be flexible on working days, but availability on Thursdays and Fridays is essential.

We are a modern, fully computerised 5-surgery practice offering a wide range of treatments including Implants, Orthodontics, Invisalign, Composite Bonding, Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontics, and Periodontics.

The Role

Working as part of a two-person reception team, duties include:

Managing appointments and patient enquiries
Providing excellent front desk and telephone support
Processing payments and maintaining patient records
Handling website enquiries
Assisting with marketing and social media activities

Requirements

Previous dental reception experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good computer and social media knowledge
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong attendance record and excellent references
