Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team and contribute to a wide range of maintenance, and repair projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse skills across multiple trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project completion. As a key member of our team, you will take on hands-on responsibilities that keep our facilities safe, functional, and visually appealing. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will drive successful outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Duties

Carry out mould remediation tasks, including using chemicals cleaners and paints
Conduct roofing repairs and installations, ensuring durability and weatherproofing standards are met
Carry out painting and decorating to enhance aesthetics and protect surfaces from wear and environmental damage
Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, and pointing
Carry out guttering repairs and annual maintenence cleans
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades including Painting & Decorating, carpentry, roofing, bricklaying or related fields
Skilled in the use of hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels, and wrenches
Proficient with power tools including drills, saws, grinders
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods
Valid certifications or licenses relevant to trades performed
A proactive attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
