GreenGenUK is expanding again across Devon and Cornwall, and we're looking for experienced Plumbing & Heating Installers to join our growing renewable energy team.

Established in 2011, GreenGenUK has become one of the South West's leading renewable energy installers and is proud to be part of the Hometree Group. With a growing Devon operation, a strong pipeline of work and continued investment in our people, there has never been a better time to join us.

The Role

You'll work on a wide variety of domestic renewable heating projects across Devon and Cornwall, including:

Air Source Heat Pump installations
Ground Source Heat Pump installations
Unvented hot water cylinders
Heating system upgrades
Radiator and pipework installations
Heating controls and system optimisation
New-build renewable heating projects
Renewable retrofit projects

You'll be working in customers' homes as part of a professional installation team, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

The role includes paid travel throughout Devon and Cornwall, with occasional overnight stays where required.

What We're Looking For

Experienced Installers

NVQ Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred)
At least 2 years' plumbing and heating installation experience
Good understanding of domestic heating systems
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence

Apprentices & Trainees

Ideally in the second or third year of a plumbing and heating apprenticeship
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Interested in developing a career within renewable energy
Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Previous heat pump experience is welcome but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidates.
