Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves engaging with customers via multiple channels, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse client base. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organised, communicative, and eager to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all customer information is correctly recorded and maintained.
Assist customers with product or service-related questions, providing detailed information as needed.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to maximise customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate advice and support.
Support multilingual communication by assisting both English and Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Follow up with customers post-interaction to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service provided.

Skills

Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly advantageous; bilingual candidates will be preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer needs.
Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify trends or issues.
Experience in upselling products or services in a professional manner.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
