Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Dental Operations Manager to oversee the growth of multiple dental practice sites. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong management capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in supervising teams, managing financial aspects, and ensuring operational excellence within a healthcare environment. As the Dental Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing practice efficiency, fostering a positive work culture, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Duties

Lead and supervise the dental practice team in co-ordination with existing site managers, including administrative staff, hygienists, and clinical personnel, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient service delivery.
Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing processes, and expense control to support the practice’s profitability.
Implement human resources policies such as staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to maintain a motivated team.
Ensure compliance with all health regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards specific to dental practices.
Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize scheduling, patient flow, and treatment planning for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Develop strategies for practice growth by analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Foster a positive patient experience by maintaining high standards of service quality and addressing patient concerns promptly.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within a healthcare or dental setting is essential.
Demonstrated management skills with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
Strong background in financial management including budgeting, billing procedures, and cost control measures.
Knowledge of human resources practices such as hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Experience working in or collaborating closely with veterinary or healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to dental or veterinary practices is preferred.
