Customer Account Manager – Customer Success Team - Immediate start is available

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
Overseeing project and order rollouts, ensuring timely delivery
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying opportunities to improve service and streamline processes
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer journey
Managing quotes, orders, and customer data with accuracy

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a customer service or account management role
A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate and track complex project timelines
