Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our small team in the London West End and make a real difference as a Marketing and General Skills Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in marketing, project management, and organisational skills within a vibrant and fast-paced property company . The successful candidate will contribute to various marketing initiatives, support project coordination - brand development and hotel launches, and assist with general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the launching of hotels and hospitality brands and ensuring maximised take up by target market.
Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and effective coordination between teams.
Conduct analysis of market trends, campaign performance, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports with Microsoft Excel to communicate findings clearly.
Manage organisational tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating events or promotional activities and visiting London based properties.
Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners effectively.
Lead content creation and social media engagement to enhance brand visibility.
Support IT-related tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operation of digital tools and platforms.

Experience

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience or familiarity with project management principles is desirable.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with IT systems is advantageous.
Demonstrated emerging leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Experience in a similar role or environment will be considered an asset but is not essential; enthusiasm for learning is equally valued.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
