Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests while delivering exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every visitor has a memorable experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills and be part of a dynamic environment where teamwork and positivity thrive.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, following all food safety standards.
Waiting on tables, serving food prepared by the kitchen to costumers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately using basic math skills, and issue receipts.
Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, adhering to responsible serving practices.
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and support the overall vibe of the venue.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential!
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions accurately.
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
