Job Overview

To lead and drive the commercial product strategy within the store, ensuring that the product offer, visual presentation, customer experience and commercial actions are aligned with EDIKTED brand standards and market trends. The Product Manager is responsible for maximizing sales opportunities, analyzing product performance, adapting commercial strategies and leading the team to deliver a strong customer-focused experience,Rotation and success of the garments

Reporting to: Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager

Commercial & Product Strategy

Analyses sales performance, KPIs (Store comparison and retool), customer buying behaviour to maximise commercial opportunities.
Adapt product placement and commercial strategies based on store performance and market trends.
Drive weekly and seasonal action plans aligned with company objectives.
Monitor best sellers, slow sellers and stock availability to ensure strong product performance.
Maintain awareness of competitor activity, local market trends and customer expectations.
⁠Adjusting the SF with seasonal and weather changes

Visual Merchandising & Store Image

Ensure floor layouts and visual merchandising reflect company guidelines and seasonal direction.
Manage mannequins, fixtures, windows and product displays to maximise customer engagement.
Implement commercial moves and product rotations in line with trading needs.
Maintain premium presentation standards throughout the trading day.

People Management & Development

Lead, motivate and develop the team through coaching and daily feedback.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees.
Create a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability and customer service.
Identify talent and support succession planning within the store.Work closely with Store Management team.

Stock & VM Equipment

Organise VM props, fixtures and tools.
Ensure mannequins and fixtures are well maintained.
Report maintenance issues.

Sales Performance & Analysis

Drive achievement of sales targets, productivity and KPI performance.
Use commercial analysis tools and reports to identify opportunities and risks.
Work closely with regional teams to implement strategies that improve store results.
Support stock optimization and allocation decisions based on trading performance.

Customer Experience

Ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered consistently.
Lead by example on the shop floor and support customer engagement.
Create a commercial and inspiring shopping environment that reflects the brand identity.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Communication & Collaboration

Maintain clear communication with Operation and inventory team, Head of retail and Store Management.
Provide weekly feedback on product performance, trends and customer behaviour .
Work collaboratively with Visual Merchandisers, Operations and Store teams.

Compliance & Operations

Ensure compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety and operational standards.
Support efficient stockroom organisation and replenishment processes.
Maintain accurate reporting and operational discipline with Rep and No rep
