You’ll be part of a compassionate, community-focused team supporting young people, that puts people first – every single day. As a not-for-profit organisation, we reinvest in our people and our services, celebrating individuality and helping you thrive both personally and professionally.

Your role

Welcome customers and direct queries as the first point of contact
Build positive relationships and support customers to develop life skills
Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
Help organise and run occasional social activities
Carry out basic health and safety checks and maintain security

Your skills

Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults
Ability to stay composed in challenging situations
Good communication skills
Confident using IT systems
