EQUANS is looking for a Technical Administrator to join our facilities team based at our Equinox North office in Bradley Stoke, BS32 4QL. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. What will you deliver? <ul> <li>Reporting to the Operations Manager</li> <li>Technical Administration support to our Bristol/Oxford Local Investment Finance Trust (LIFT) contract providing key administration management for one hospital and 8 health centres</li> <li>PPM reporting and collation of data stream</li> <li>Raising of pay notices and invoices</li> <li>Contractor and stakeholder management, document control, project reports, commercial and financial data monitoring, procurement and purchasing.</li> <li>Monitoring performance of sub-contractors </li> <li>Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday</li> </ul> What can we offer you?
