Location: London - Hybrid, 2 days per week in our North London office
Employment: Full-time, permanent

About Atlantic Access

Atlantic Access helps US consumer brands launch and grow across the UK and Europe. We provide a turnkey solution covering ecommerce, Amazon marketplace management, logistics, warehousing and wider market expansion.

We manage a growing portfolio of consumer brands across Amazon UK and European marketplaces. Our ecommerce team includes account management, PPC, administration and strategic support, with dedicated Stock & Logistics and Creative teams supporting the wider business.

We are a small, growing business where you will work closely with senior management, gain exposure to multiple brands and markets, and have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as you develop.

The Role

We are looking for an Amazon Brand Manager with at least two years of hands-on Amazon experience to join our ecommerce team.

You will manage the day-to-day Amazon performance of a portfolio of brands across the UK and Europe, working closely with our Head of Ecommerce and dedicated PPC, administration and strategic support.

This is initially a hands-on role covering account management, content, catalogue, performance and optimisation. However, we are looking for someone who wants to develop beyond execution.

You should be curious about why an account is performing the way it is and what we should do next - whether that means improving conversion, identifying a new product opportunity, entering another marketplace or changing the way we position a brand.

As you develop, you will take increasing responsibility for account strategy, growth planning and client recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Account Management

Manage the day-to-day performance of assigned brands across Amazon UK and European marketplaces.
Maintain listings, catalogue structure, variations, A+ Content and Brand Stores.
Identify and resolve catalogue, suppression, account health, Buy Box and content issues.
Maintain clear priorities and follow-through across multiple brands and marketplaces.

Content & Conversion

Create and optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions and A+ Content.
Conduct keyword, competitor and category research.
Use customer behaviour and performance data to improve product positioning and conversion.
Work with our creative team to improve imagery and other product content.

Performance & Growth

Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, organic ranking and other key performance metrics.
Investigate the underlying reasons for changes in performance and recommend appropriate actions.
Identify opportunities for new products, bundles, variations, categories and European marketplace expansion.
Use Amazon and third-party data to support recommendations and measure results.

PPC & Advertising

Work closely with our dedicated PPC Manager to ensure advertising supports wider account objectives.
Review PPC performance and identify priorities, opportunities and areas of concern.
Use advertising and search-term data to inform content, keyword and organic growth strategy.
Hands-on PPC experience is useful, but you will not be solely responsible for campaign execution.

Team & Operational Coordination

Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce, PPC, administration, creative and Stock & Logistics teams.
Monitor stock availability from an ecommerce perspective and flag risks that could impact sales or advertising.
Clearly brief other team members, follow up actions and escalate blockers early.
Support client reporting and progressively take greater responsibility for client-facing account discussions.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

2+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, particularly Seller Central.
Experience managing and optimising Amazon listings and catalogue content.
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research and conversion optimisation.
Ability to analyse account performance and turn data into practical recommendations.
Good understanding of how content, pricing, PPC, organic ranking, conversion and stock availability interact.
Strong written English and the ability to produce clear, persuasive Amazon content.
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple brands and competing priorities.
Proactive and commercially curious - able to identify opportunities rather than simply work through assigned tasks.
Comfortable working with data and explaining the reasoning behind your recommendations.

Desirable

Experience managing multiple Amazon brands or accounts.
Experience across Amazon UK and European marketplaces.
Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Data Dive or Amazon Brand Analytics.
Experience analysing Amazon PPC performance.
Agency or multi-brand ecommerce experience.
Additional European languages.

Development & Progression

We are looking for someone who wants to progress beyond operational Amazon management.

Initially, you will focus on becoming excellent at managing the Amazon fundamentals across your brands. As you demonstrate capability, you will take increasing responsibility for account strategy, commercial recommendations, marketplace expansion, growth planning and client communication.

There is a clear opportunity to develop into a more strategic Amazon account management position as Atlantic Access and our ecommerce team continue to grow.

Working at Atlantic Access

This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in our North London office, with the remaining days worked remotely.

You will work directly with experienced ecommerce and commercial leadership while gaining exposure to multiple consumer brands, European marketplaces and different stages of international expansion.

Salary: £38,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Pay: £37,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
