New Business Development Executive

£30,000 – £45,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme

Intermart is a family-run business delivering sustainable packaging solutions to some of the UK’s leading retailers and manufacturers. We’re looking for an ambitious New Business Development Executive to join our Bolton team and help drive the next stage of our growth.

You’ll be responsible for finding, approaching and winning new customers. This is a proactive sales role for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, opening doors and turning opportunities into sales.

Excellent Earning Potential

For ambitious, successful new-business salespeople, our bonus scheme is designed to reward results, with the opportunity to earn substantial additional income on top of their basic salary. We’re looking for someone with the ambition to build a strong pipeline, win significant accounts and be rewarded for doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing

Researching and identifying potential new customers
Proactively contact businesses by phone and email
Building relationships with key decision-makers
Identify packaging requirements and commercial opportunities
Follow up opportunities and negotiate new business
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Convert prospects into long-term customers

What We’re Looking For

Experience in B2B sales
A positive, professional approach with a strong commercial mindset
Confident making outbound calls and approaching new businesses
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
The ability to build trust and long-term business relationships
Good IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred
Someone ambitious, target-driven and motivated by earning potential

Packaging experience would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. Full product training will be provided.

What We Offer

£30,000 – £40,000 basic salary
Performance-related bonus with excellent earning potential
Full product and systems training
A friendly, supportive team within a family-run business
The opportunity to play an important role in the continued growth of the company
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job type: Full-time, permanent
