Dental Laboratory Administrator

Full-Time | Permanent | Bolton, Greater Manchester

An exciting opportunity to join our dental laboratory team!

We are looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic Dental Laboratory Administrator to join our busy laboratory in Bolton, Greater Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day administration of the laboratory, helping to ensure that cases are processed efficiently and that our customers receive an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming and outgoing dental laboratory cases
Processing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with dental practices, dentists and laboratory staff
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Booking couriers and coordinating deliveries and collections
Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate patient/case information
Preparing paperwork, invoices and other administrative documentation
Monitoring case progress and communicating updates where required
Supporting the laboratory team with general administrative duties
Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant procedures

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
Professional, friendly and approachable
Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
Comfortable using computers and standard office software
Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
Previous dental laboratory or dental industry experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
